- Proven biotech CEO or senior executive experience
- Demonstrated success raising capital (Series A through later stages)
- Track record of building and scaling early-stage companies
- Strong network across biotech, pharma, and investors
- Experience in oncology, immunology, or innovative drug discovery platforms preferred
