We are committed to developing our recruiting teams and creating a consistent, recruiting processes across our branches. We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist with hands on experience recruiting within the construction staffing industry. This role is responsible for improving recruiter performance and helping standardize recruiting processes across multiple branch locations. This position will work closely with recruiting leadership and branch teams to support recruiter growth and development. Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver recruiter training programs
Create and improve recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement
Conduct branch visits and in-person training sessions
Identify training gaps and partner with leadership on development initiatives
Track training completion, effectiveness, and follow-up progress
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development
Skilled trades or construction staffing experience required
Electrical experience strongly preferred
Experience training and developing curriculum preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
