The Spanish Interpreter will facilitate clear and accurate communication between Spanish and English-speaking individuals through interpretation. Key responsibilities include interpreting verbal and written communications, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy, and providing a seamless experience for both parties. The role also involves handling inquiries professionally and maintaining customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English for verbal and written communication
Strong interpretation and translation skills with a focus on cultural sensitivity and accuracy
Customer service and communication skills, with experience handling inquiries professionally
Detail-oriented with excellent listening, note-taking, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with remote work tools, such as video conferencing and customer service platforms
Previous experience in interpretation, customer service, or related fields is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is a plus
