Projects we work on consist of retaining walls, paver patios and walkways, fence installations, french drains, and general landscape maintenance.
What you'll do:
- Lead a crew on landscape construction projects including hardscape installation, planting, grading, drainage, retaining walls, irrigation support, and cleanup
- Manage daily workflow on-site — sequencing tasks, keeping pace, and adjusting when things shift
- Communicate directly with the Operations Manager on job progress, material needs, delays, and crew issues
- Conduct daily equipment checks and ensure safe, proper use of tools and machinery
- Train and mentor crew members on technique, safety, and expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the project
- Represent Green Garden professionally in front of clients
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience
- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisor role
- Solid understanding of hardscape and softscape installation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic
