Job Description Cultivation Tech I is an entry level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations to include potting, manicuring, and harvesting. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing.
Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.
Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check
Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations
Self-Motivated
Ability to multitask

Ability to stay focused
Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Available to work weekends and holidays

Must be able to work in 80+ and humid environment
Education And Experience Requirements
High School degree or equivalent
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times
The ability to respond quickly to sounds
The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions
The ability to work in high CO2 environments
The ability to use a half face respirator
The ability to complete fine motor functions
The ability to work in low light situations
Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity
Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals
Must be able to go up and down a ladder repeatedly.
