Position Summary:
The Senior Store Development Manager will play an important role in planning and execution of new store openings, renovations and ongoing facilities management. You will be responsible for managing the setup and organization of project information, coordinating with internal and external teams, and overall store development process.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the execution of multiple on-going full-scale renovations and new store openings
  • Oversee and maintain project schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Ensure meeting target CAPEX and alignment with ROI
  • Coordinate vendors and General Contracts to meet project milestones
  • Resolve on-site issues and avoid project delays
  • Manager internal and external teams and communications
  • Assist in material procurement as aligned with the standards set by Golden Goose
  • Lead meetings, site visits and report progress and expectations to relevant business partners
  • Oversee pop-up, visuals and shopwindow projects
  • Manage retail store maintenance
  • Research and coordination of store development materials and samples
  • Handle tenant allowance process (i.e. collecting the required documents and requests to landlords)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in store development within luxury retail required
  • Background in architectural design a plus
  • Experience in new store openings and renovations
  • Proven project management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work cross functionally
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • General knowledge of construction
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
  • Other languages a plus!
