What you'll do
Own end-to-end paid media for our incubated brands in the wellness and viral marketing tool space, from strategy to launch to optimization, with primary focus on Meta Ads.
Live inside Meta Ads Manager: build and scale campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, run rigorous creative and audience testing, manage budgets, and optimize toward ROAS, CAC, and CPA targets that move the business.
Architect the full Meta stack: pixel and Conversions API setup, custom and lookalike audiences, catalog/Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, retargeting flows, and clean attribution windows. You know the platform cold and don't need a deck to explain why a campaign is underperforming.
Expand paid efforts into TikTok Ads (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop ads), YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Lead creative for ads end-to-end: write briefs, direct internal teams and AI tools, partner with editors and creators, and ship a steady flow of fresh ad creative built to win the auction.
Run our affiliate engine alongside paid: TikTok Shop sampling, ShopMy, etc.
Recruit, brief, and manage creators and affiliates — building programs that scale and feed our paid funnel with whitelisting and Spark Ad permissions.
Report on performance weekly to the founders. What's working, what's not, what we're testing next.
Stay obsessed with platform updates, new ad formats, affiliate trends, and the creators making it all move.
What we're looking for
Based in New York City and excited to work alongside our team in-person.
3–5 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally for DTC brands, creator-led businesses, or fast-moving startups. You've personally managed meaningful monthly spend and can point to campaigns where you drove the result.
Fluent in the Meta ecosystem: Business Manager, Ads Manager, Events Manager, Commerce Manager, Pixel + Conversions API, Advantage+ Shopping, dynamic creative, catalog ads, and iOS 14+ attribution realities. You know the difference between a creative problem, an audience problem, and a tracking problem.
You have a point of view on hook variation, concept volume, creative refresh cadence, and how to read a creative report.
Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and YouTube Ads, with the appetite to go deeper on both.
Strong creative instincts. You can write a brief that gets the right ad made, give sharp feedback, and tell the difference between a hook that works and one that just sounds good in the doc.
Comfortable in analytics and attribution tools and obsessive about clean tracking.
You think in funnels and feeds simultaneously and can ladder a single creator post into a full-funnel paid strategy.
Familiarity with generative AI tools for creative ideation and workflow efficiency.
Bonus points
You've scaled a Meta account from sub-$10k/month into six figures (and lived to tell the tale).
You've launched a brand from zero to one and have the screenshots to prove it.
You've built a creator/affiliate program from scratch and watched it actually move revenue.
You can edit a TikTok in a pinch, or at least know exactly what to ask of the editor who will.
You have strong opinions about attribution and aren't shy about them.
