The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance department, serving as the critical link between field operations and the office team. This role is accountable for team performance (Turnovers, Maintenance Coordination, Inspections), communication, quality control, owner/tenant satisfaction, and continuous improvement across residential property management maintenance operations. This role must be an excellent communicator, a calm and confident problem‑solver, and a strong people manager who can set clear expectations, hold teams accountable, and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:
5+ years experience in maintenance or construction.
Dispatching requires knowledge of construction & repairs to provide rough estimates and time durations
Technical knowledge across common residential maintenance trades
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software, computer software, email, documents, spreadsheets, etc.
Valid driver's license along with a clean driving record
Pre-employment credit / criminal screening is required
