GlueTread is a fast-growing off-road and tire repair brand focused on helping customers stay moving in the harshest environments. Our team is small and dynamic, we move quickly and have a ton of fun doing so. We create premium tire repair products used by overlanders, off-road enthusiasts, powersports riders, farmers, hunters, and adventurers across the country. Our brand is built around real-world performance, trail-tested reliability, and authentic content.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on **Social Media & Content Coordinator ** to own the day-to-day execution of our content and social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors, understands social media culture, and enjoys creating engaging content without needing a massive production crew.

You’ll work closely with our CMO and team to help bring content ideas to life, manage social channels, capture content in the field, and keep GlueTread consistently active across social media, paid ads, email, and YouTube.

**What You’ll DoContent Creation & Production **

- Film short-form content using an iPhone and basic camera equipment

- Capture product photography and lifestyle imagery in the field

- Edit videos for:

- Instagram Reels

- Facebook

- TikTok

- YouTube Shorts

- Long-form YouTube videos

- Paid Meta ads

- Create and organize a consistent content calendar

- Create a general annual content schedule for known sales, product launches, peak season, etc.

- Coordinate with team members (Amy, Andy, Brian, Chase, etc.) to schedule content capture opportunities

- Help ensure content is always being generated and published consistently

**Social Media Management **

- Manage GlueTread’s social media accounts day-to-day

- Schedule and publish posts across platforms

- Respond to comments and direct messages

- Engage with the off-road, overland, hunting, agriculture, and powersports communities online

- Comment on relevant industry posts and interact with creators and partner brands

- Stay on top of trends, memes, audio trends, and viral opportunities

- Bring fresh content ideas and creative concepts to the team regularly

**Paid Ad Content Support **

- Work closely with the CMO to execute creative concepts for Meta ads

- Capture and edit ad creatives quickly and efficiently

- Help produce UGC-style content that feels authentic and native to social platforms

- Organize and maintain creative asset libraries

**Email & Marketing Content **

- Capture photo assets for use in email campaigns

- Assist with visual storytelling for promotions, launches, and product education

- Help maintain consistent branding across all customer touchpoints

**Event Coverage **

- Travel to approximately 2–3 events per year

- Capture content at expos, trail rides, industry events, and customer experiences

- Produce social coverage during events for social media and email marketing

**What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills **

- Comfortable filming high-quality content on an iPhone

- Basic experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras (helpful but not required)

- Experience editing videos in tools like:

- CapCut

- Premiere Pro

- Final Cut

- Canva

- Figma

- Similar platforms

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

- Organized and self-motivated

- Comfortable working independently and moving quickly

- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with a team

**Bonus Skills **

- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, caption writing, brainstorming, editing, or workflow efficiency

- Interest in off-roading, overlanding, hunting, powersports, farming, or outdoor recreation

- Photography experience

- Copywriting or caption-writing experience

- Experience with Meta ads or social analytics

**Compensation & Benefits **

- **$60,000-$80,000 annual salary **
