About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. You will help ensure smooth office operations, assist team members, and handle basic coordination and documentation tasks.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to the team

- Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination

- Handle email correspondence and phone inquiries

- Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations

- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases

- Assist in coordinating projects and internal communications

- Perform general office support tasks as assigned

- QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

- Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles is an advantage

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and sense of responsibility

- Preferred SkillsExperience with administrative tools or office systems
