**Duties: **

- Develop and refine system and software architecture for scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.

- Create detailed technical designs and documentation to guide development.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in applicable programming languages.

- Ensure that all software meets established standards and performance expectations.

- Perform unit, integration, and system testing.

- Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.

- Manage deployment pipelines and assist with ongoing system maintenance and updates.

- Provide production support as needed.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

- Conduct code reviews and promote best practices across the engineering team.

- Work closely with project managers, QA testers, and product owners to align on priorities and deliverables.

- Participate in design and planning meetings to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Enforce coding standards, software design patterns, and modern development methodologies.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for code, APIs, and system processes.

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for project deliverables.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their potential value to the company.

- Continuously improve software development processes for efficiency and quality.

- Contribute to long-term technical strategy and roadmap planning.

**Requirements: **

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology Architecture or related field

- Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in software development

**Salary: ** Not less than $173,618 per year
