Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role based in the Greater Laredo Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, coordinate cross-border shipments, and ensure compliance with customs regulations. Responsibilities include optimizing supply chain processes, managing warehouse operations, leading a team, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to support efficient and effective logistics solutions. Qualifications
Proficiency in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations
Experience in cross-border transportation and understanding of customs compliance
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
