Gianna Homes is a well-established, mission-driven senior care organization serving the Twin Cities for over 26 years. We are growing our **home care division ** and expanding awareness of our **residential care homes **, and we’re looking for a **relationship-driven marketer ** who thrives on connection, purpose, and results.

This is not a desk job. This is a **community-facing, relationship-building role ** where you will be the face of Gianna Homes in the west metro.

**What You’ll Do (This is where you’ll shine): **

- Build and grow **referral relationships ** with hospitals, clinics, senior living communities, social workers, and local organizations

- Actively **network in the community ** (events, coffees, drop-ins, church connections, etc.)

- Represent **Gianna Homes & Gianna HomeCare ** with warmth, professionalism, and passion

- Help drive **new resident and home care leads ** through meaningful relationships

- Coordinate and support **tours, outreach events, and follow-ups **

- Identify new opportunities to grow awareness in Minnetonka, Plymouth, Wayzata, Maple Grove, and surrounding areas

- Track outreach efforts and help shape our local marketing strategy

**Who You Are: **

- A **natural connector ** who loves meeting people and building relationships

- Self-driven and energized by **getting out in the community ** (not sitting behind a desk)

- Experienced in **marketing, sales, healthcare outreach, or relationship-based roles **

- Passionate about **serving seniors and families **

- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

- Bonus: Experience in senior care, home care, or healthcare
