About the Role We’re looking for a high-level Operations Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day performance of our gym. This is a systems-driven leadership role responsible for staff accountability, scheduling, facility standards, and overall operational execution. Oversee all daily gym operations
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
Submit payroll and ensure time tracking accuracy
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
Handle membership issues, cancellations, and billing oversight
Manage inventory and order supplies proactively
Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
Track and report weekly performance metrics
Lead team communication and enforce company policies
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Confident in enforcing standards and holding people accountable
Proactive problem-solver (not reactive)
Comfortable with systems, reporting, and operations
