- Develop and be responsible for program’s system control architecture and technical approach. - Identify and manage program’s technical risks with regards to system controls.

- Decompose high-level dynamic and controls requirements into lower-level specifications to internal functional groups, components, and suppliers as applicable.

- Communicate and collaborate with customers and suppliers as part of design development process.

- Review and approve documentation for transition from prototype to production.
