**About The Team And Role**

**Customer Growth Team**

The **Solutions Specialist function ** has been newly centralized in the U.S. to form a high‑impact team of specialized experts, each aligned to a core solution area. This team plays a critical role in accelerating growth across GBG's most strategic product lines by bringing deep product and industry expertise into our go‑to‑market efforts.

As a **Business Development Director - Solutions Specialist **, you'll act as a catalyst for revenue growth, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to drive deeper penetration of our priority solutions within both existing customers and new prospects. By combining commercial acumen with subject‑matter expertise, the team complements the customer‑led sales motion and enables more focused, value‑driven conversations that unlock meaningful growth opportunities.

**The Role - Business Development Director - Solutions Specialist**

The **Business Development Director - Solutions Specialist (Fraud and Identity Data) ** is a newly created role reporting directly to the **SVP of Customer Growth **, reflecting the strategic importance of GBG's Global Fraud and Identity Data portfolio.

This is a senior **individual contributor ** position with significant visibility and impact. You will serve as a subject‑matter expert and commercial partner, working closely with **Customer Relationship Managers, Account Executives, and New Business teams ** to identify, shape, and execute new revenue opportunities across both existing customers and net‑new prospects.

In this role, you'll bring deep expertise in fraud and identity data to high‑value conversations—helping customers address complex risk, compliance, and trust challenges while accelerating adoption of GBG's solutions. By bridging product knowledge with commercial execution, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth from one of GBG's most critical strategic solution areas.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially‑minded specialist who thrives at the intersection of **solution leadership, customer engagement, and revenue growth **, and who is eager to influence outcomes across the U.S. market.

**What You Will Do**

- Be responsible for growing and supporting the revenue GBG generates from our Global Fraud and Identity Data product portfolio across all customers and prospects in US

- Act as an internal and external expert in Global Fraud and Identity Data, including industry issues/trends, competitors and GBG solutions, supporting our internal teams to help customers solve their challenges related to Fraud and Identity

- Support sales management to ensure revenue opportunities are identified, qualified and delivered - being a driving force that stimulates activity and delivers results

- Work closely with all go-to-market teams to support the sales cycle, e.g. attending client meetings, supporting deal closing activities, providing coaching for ongoing development, supporting Marketing campaigns, participating in Enablement activities

- Work collaboratively with our Product teams to ensure client challenges and market trends are addressed through our Product Roadmap and we maintain differentiation

**Requirements**

**Skills we are looking for**

- Proven experience in Solutions Consulting, Pre Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist, or Technical Sales roles

- Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following: fraud prevention, identity verification, KYB onboarding, biometrics, or data services

- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, commercially compelling value propositions

- Strategic and analytical mindset, with strengths in problem solving and workflow diagnosis

- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic sales cycles in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging senior and executive stakeholders

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to identity, fraud, KYC/KYB, and data governance

- Highly organized, able to manage multiple parallel opportunities and priorities effectively

- Collaborative, proactive, and customer centric, with a passion for elevating go to market effectiveness and customer outcomes

GBG's Global Gaming team partners with leading operators, platforms, and technology providers across online gaming and sports betting worldwide. We help customers navigate complex regulatory environments, mitigate fraud, verify identity with confidence, and deliver secure, trusted player experiences at scale.

This is a high-growth team operating in a fast-moving, highly regulated industry where innovation, trust, and compliance are critical to success.

**The Role - Sales Manager, Gaming**

As Sales Manager for GBG's Global Gaming Sales team, you'll serve as a **player-coach **, balancing direct revenue ownership with team leadership and development. You will lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives while managing your own portfolio of high-value gaming customers and prospects.

In this role, you'll drive new business, expand existing accounts, and position GBG's identity, fraud, and location solutions as strategic advantages for gaming operators navigating regulatory complexity. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful customer outcomes and sustain long-term growth in a competitive market.

**What You Will Do**

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives to consistently outperform individual and team revenue targets

- Own a personal sales pipeline, driving new business and expanding strategic gaming accounts

- Actively support high-impact opportunities through customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and complex deal execution

- Build and sustain a high-performance sales culture through hands-on coaching, strong forecasting discipline, and effective CRM usage

- Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and customer needs across the global gaming landscape to inform sales strategy and prioritization

- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to deliver cohesive, high-quality go-to-market execution

- Provide guidance on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and resource allocation to maximize commercial outcomes

- Lead regular pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and sales performance evaluations to ensure visibility and accountability

- Drive cross-functional alignment to enhance customer experience and unlock incremental growth opportunities

- Represent GBG at industry events, conferences, and strategic partner engagements to strengthen market presence and relationships

- Share customer and market insights that contribute to product innovation and commercial strategy

**Requirements**

**Skills we are looking for**

- Proven experience leading or mentoring sales teams in a SaaS, identity, fraud, regtech, payments, or gaming‑related environment.

- Demonstrated success as an individual contributor in enterprise or strategic sales.

- Strong understanding of the online gaming and sports betting space, including regulatory and operational dynamics.

- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with personal quota ownership.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Experience managing multi‑product or platform‑based enterprise sales cycles.
