Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to establish and implement strategic financial goals
- Expertise in reviewing and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure compliance and transparency
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and deliver actionable insights for decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing financial operations in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in the construction, design, or home renovation industries is highly beneficial
