Role Description This is a full-time, remote position for a Grants Development Specialist at FIDF. The Grants Development Specialist will be responsible for researching potential grant opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals, and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines. They will collaborate with internal teams to collect information, develop targeted strategies, and manage budgeting and reporting requirements related to approved grants. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, tracking deadlines, and fostering relationships with funding organizations to support FIDF's programs. Qualifications
Strong skills in Proposal Writing, including drafting and submitting comprehensive grant applications
Exceptional Analytical Skills and Research abilities to identify funding opportunities and analyze grant guidelines
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for grants
Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience working with nonprofits or organizations focused on charitable activities is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, English, or a related field
