Findlay, OH On-Site Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership payments $22.47/hour - $1/hour Shift Premium Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities
Coordinate daily outbound shipments to customers, distribution centers, and third-party locations
Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, labels, and export paperwork as required
Schedule pickups and deliveries with approved carriers and freight forwarders
Ensure shipments comply with company procedures, customer requirements, and domestic/international shipping regulations
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies
Communicate shipment details and issues with customer service, warehouse, production, and planning teams
Accurately enter and maintain shipping data in ERP/WMS systems
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; additional education in logistics or supply chain preferred
2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
Working knowledge of shipping documentation and transportation methods (LTL, FTL, parcel, international)
Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
