Del Monte Foods (DMC Foods Inc.), the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics FP&A. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics FP&A partners closely with Logistics departments to drive cost optimization and profitability. This position works cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of key business drivers, metrics and insights to deliver business results. The ideal candidate will have proven results in driving process improvements.

Del Monte Foods (DMC Foods Inc.), the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics FP&A. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics FP&A partners closely with Logistics departments to drive cost optimization and profitability. This position works cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of key business drivers, metrics and insights to deliver business results. The ideal candidate will have proven results in driving process improvements.
Accountabilities:
- Provide robust and accurate reporting on actuals to ensure transparency into Logistics performance
- Deliver forward-looking insights on variances, risks and opportunities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning through close partnership with Logistics departments and Supply Chain Finance team
- Guide the flow of budget and forecast inputs through Supply Chain to ensure deployment data is accurately reflected for Logistics
- Gain thorough knowledge of Freight and Warehousing Amortization Models to understand impact on monthly actuals and develop accurate forecasts
- Help prepare financial presentations and reports to senior leadership
- Partner with Director of Transportation and Director of Warehouse Operations to align supply chain objectives with financial goals
- Drive initiatives to reduce logistics costs without compromising efficiency or service levels
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to transportation and warehousing costs
- Analyze trends and variances to guide executive decision-making
- Provide strategic support to Logistics leadership team
Minimum Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of relevant experience with significant exposure to supply chain or operations finance
- Experience providing finance support for supply chain logistics
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Solid understanding of cost/supply chain accounting principles
- Extensive background in forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Industry
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally
