About the role

Title: Annual Fund Coordinator (Contract position)
Purpose: To design, coordinate, and execute annual fund and individual donor campaigns that increase philanthropic support and strengthen donor engagement for Freewheelin’ Community Bikes.
Contract Terms: 6-month independent contractor agreement
$2,000 per month, renewable contract may be negotiated – pending campaign results
Flexible hours based on campaign timelines and organizational needs
Primary Duties:
·      Develop and execute annual fund strategies and donor campaigns
·      Manage donor communications including email, direct mail, and digital outreach
·      Track and analyze fundraising performance metrics
·      Maintain accurate donor records in CRM systems
·      Support donor stewardship and acknowledgment processes
·      Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and materials
·      Identify opportunities for donor growth and retention
·      Assist with sponsorship and grant outreach as needed
·      Ensure alignment with organizational mission and compliance standards
·      Additional duties as assigned
Additional Duties:
May assist with events, community outreach, and seasonal fundraising initiatives. Workload may vary based on campaign cycles.

Work Environment:
·      Remote or hybrid work environment
·      Flexible schedule tied to deliverables
·      Occasional in-person meetings or events as needed
Qualifications:
·      2–5 years of fundraising, nonprofit, or related experience preferred
·      Strong written communication skills
·      Experience with donor CRM systems preferred
·      Strong organizational and project management skills
·      Ability to analyze data and provide insights
·      Passion for community-based, mission-driven work
Required:
Ability to work independently as a contractor
Reliable technology and internet access
Agreement to confidentiality and data protection standards
