About the role

Title: Administrative Support Coordinator
Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support that ensures efficient day-to-day functioning of programs, staff coordination, and organizational activities.
Contract Terms: $20/hour, 10 hours a week
Primary Duties:
In your role, you will assume responsibility and accountability to:·      Provide general administrative support including scheduling, email coordination, and document preparation;
·      Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems;
·      Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting;
·      Support internal communication including meeting agendas and notes;
·      Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events;
·      Maintain records, forms, and documentation;
·      Support onboarding and administrative needs;
·      Scan receipts;
·      Email and phone communication with donors, vendors, families, and customers;
·      Monitor office supplies and operational needs;
·      Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative processes;
·      Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Duties:
May assist with special projects, community events, or seasonal initiatives. Hours may vary based on operational needs.

Work Environment:
·      Hybrid or in-office environment;
·      Flexible schedule within contract hours;
·      Occasional evening or weekend support as needed.
Qualifications:
·      1–3 years of administrative experience preferred;
·      Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools;
·      Strong communication skills;
·      Attention to detail;
·      Ability to work independently;
·      Positive and team-oriented mindset.
Required:
·      Ability to work independently as a contractor;
·      Reliable technology and internet;
·      Commitment to confidentiality.
