Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Concierge Medical Exercise StudioWe are a boutique, concierge-level wellness and fitness studio in Fredericksburg, VA seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. Unlike traditional outpatient clinics, we deliver fully private, one-on-one care in a calm, low-volume environment , where each client receives the time, attention, and clinical precision they deserve. Our model integrates post-rehab, medical exercise plans of care, personal training, massage therapy, assisted stretching and registered dietitian into a seamless continuum—supporting not just recovery, but long-term health, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities You will:
Implement and progress medical exercise plans of care
Carry out therapeutic exercise interventions within established rehabilitation programs
Support progression from rehab → medical exercise → long-term fitness
Work collaboratively with fitness and nutrition professionals in an integrated care model
Guide medical exercise clients in safe, effective movement strategies
Build long-term, relationship-based care with clients
Document care appropriately and consistently
Support older adult, orthopedic, and post-rehabilitation populations
Help bridge clinical rehabilitation into sustainable lifelong wellness
