We're currently seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing Operatio ns to lead all aspects of our production operations — from chassis receipt and module fabrication through final unit delivery. This role owns production throughput, labor utilization, shop floor efficiency, safety, and the delivery of quality products that Frazer's customers depend on. The VP of Manufacturing Operations is an approachable, collaborative leader who maintains an open door, empowers supervisory teams, and delegates with confidence to drive results at every level of the organization. - e.Establish and maintain production flow systems that minimize work-in-process (WIP), reduce unit build time, and ensure efficient movement of units through each stage of the production proces
- s.Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing organization, including production supervisors, team leads, and skilled tradespeople, with clear expectations for performance, quality, and accountabilit
