Job Details
- Smile and greet clients!
- Maintain good client relations
- Refer clients for new services when appropriate
- Process client transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skillset
- Follow bank policies and procedures
- Uphold Fortifi Bank's Core Values at all times
