**About The Role**

As an Architect on the Data Center Design team, you will drive the development of next-generation data center facilities by merging deep expertise in building codes, fire and life safety, and 3D design with Fluidstack's obsession for speed and performance. You will own the architectural scope across our portfolio — ensuring that every facility we bring online is safe, compliant, optimized for density, and ready to support the most demanding AI compute workloads on the planet.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead architectural design development for new data center builds and retrofits across Fluidstack's global portfolio, from conceptual design through construction documentation and site handover.

- Use Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud to produce, coordinate, and review design documentation; leverage Python and Dynamo scripting to automate repetitive design tasks and improve team velocity.

**Basic Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent discipline

- 5+ years of experience on industrial or data center projects within an AEC environment.

- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud for design coordination, life safety review, and architectural documentation.

- Strong working knowledge of building codes, fire and life safety requirements, and data center construction standards.

**About The Role**

The Lead Mechanical Engineer is a senior technical leader within FluidStack’s Design and Engineering team. You will define the mechanical cooling strategy and own the programmatic design from chip to chiller across a multi-site, multi-state portfolio of some of the world’s largest AI data centers.

This is an owner/developer role. You will set the technical direction for how FluidStack cools tens of thousands of GPUs – spanning air-cooled and liquid-cooled architectures, chilled water systems, heat rejection, and in-row/in-rack thermal management. You will define the requirements for modular, prefabricated mechanical assemblies designed around rapid deployment and compute-refresh flexibility. You will manage a growing mechanical engineering team and coordinate across electrical, controls, structural, and construction disciplines to deliver cooling infrastructure at unprecedented speed and scale.

We recently announced a $50 billion computing infrastructure partnership with Anthropic, building custom data centers in New York and Texas with more sites to come. This role will shape the mechanical systems that make that possible.

**Responsibilities**

**Mechanical Strategy & Standards**

- Define and own FluidStack’s mechanical cooling strategy across the portfolio – from chip-level thermal interfaces through CDU/coolant distribution, chilled water plants, and heat rejection to atmosphere.

- Develop and maintain the mechanical basis of design, master specifications, standard drawings, and sequence of operations for all cooling systems.

- Drive key architectural decisions: coolant chemistry (e.g. clean PG25 circuits), chiller topology (air-cooled vs. water-cooled centrifugal), CDU elimination strategies, and medium-voltage chiller integration.

- Lead innovation on energy efficiency – free cooling, water-side economizers, waste-heat reuse – targeting best-in-class PUE and WUE across all sites.

- Establish thermal and hydraulic design criteria for high-density GPU deployments (75–150+ kW/rack) spanning direct liquid cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, and hybrid air/liquid architectures.

- Drive innovation and technology development across the mechanical and cooling discipline.

**Modular Construction & Prefabrication**

- Define the requirements for modular, prefabricated mechanical assemblies – including hot-aisle containment cooling units, chiller skids, pump packages, and piping modules – designed for rapid site deployment with minimal field interfaces.

- Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to evaluate emerging cooling technologies and manufacturing partners – including 800VDC chiller platforms, CO₂-based systems, and integrated chiller/dry-cooler packages.

- Work with BIM and structural teams to ensure prefab mechanical modules integrate cleanly into the base-build design, with fabrication-ready models and coordinated BOMs.

**Multi-Project Design Delivery**

- Own mechanical design delivery across multiple concurrent data center programs – from concept through IFC, coordinating with external MEP consultants and internal discipline leads.

- Review and enforce mechanical deliverable quality at 30/60/90/IFC milestones; manage RFIs, design changes, and value engineering during construction.

- Produce and maintain project-specific mechanical documentation: P&IDs, equipment schedules, valve schedules, piping plans, cooling yard layouts, and pump room arrangements.

- Support factory acceptance testing, site quality inspections, and commissioning of mechanical systems including chilled water loop flushing, passivation, and hydraulic testing.

- Conduct CFD modeling and thermal capacity planning to validate airflow, pressure drop, and temperature targets for each deployment.

**Team Leadership & Vendor Management**

- Build and manage a mechanical engineering team – set priorities, mentor engineers, and create a culture of technical rigor and speed.

- Manage relationships with chiller, pump, dry cooler, and coolant distribution vendors; drive competitive procurement and hold suppliers accountable on lead time, quality, and performance.

- Represent FluidStack’s mechanical interests in cross-functional forums with electrical, controls, construction, operations, and customer engineering teams.

- Interface with customer technical teams on cooling requirements, thermal specifications, and rack-level integration for GPU and TPU deployments.

**Basic Qualifications**

- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

- 10+ years of experience designing mechanical/cooling systems for data centers, with significant exposure to hyperscale or high-performance computing facilities.

- Deep technical knowledge of chilled water systems, air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, direct liquid cooling, and heat rejection plant design.

- Experience leading or managing a mechanical engineering team and directing external MEP consultants through a full design lifecycle.

- Working command of ASHRAE TC 9.9 thermal guidelines, liquid cooling best practices, and relevant mechanical codes (IMC, ASME, NFPA).

**About The Role**

The Architect is a core member of Fluidstack's Data Center Design and Engineering team. You will own the architectural workstream across a multi-site, multi-state development portfolio from early-stage concept through design, permitting, and construction completion.

This is an owner/developer role. You will manage external architects and engineers of record, coordinate across civil, structural, and MEP disciplines, and interface with GCs, AHJs, and operations stakeholders. You will be the subject matter authority on building envelope, life safety, space planning, and code compliance across some of the largest data center campuses in development.

**Responsibilities**

**Building Design & Standards**

- Develop and maintain the architectural basis of design, prototype drawing packages, master specifications, and reference designs for Fluidstack's campus portfolio

- Lead masterplan and campus layout development: building positioning, setbacks, service access, security zoning, and phasing logic across multi-building sites

- Own building envelope design — cladding systems, roofing assemblies, curtainwall, louvers, and penetration detailing — in compliance with FM Global requirements

- Develop space planning, adjacency standards, door and hardware schedules, access control zoning, and security tier separations across building types, aligned to operational SLA requirements

- Integrate architectural scope with structural, MEP, fire protection, and civil teams; maintain awareness of cost and schedule implications throughout design

**Design Management**

- Manage external architects and engineers of record from schematic through IFC — review deliverables, enforce standards, and track design quality and schedule across multiple concurrent projects

- Author and negotiate AOR scope of work, design contracts, and owner design standards

- Facilitate RFI and submittal review during construction; maintain design intent through field conditions and contractor-driven changes

**Permitting & Code Compliance**

- Lead permitting strategy across jurisdictions: building permits, zoning/entitlement, variances, and AHJ coordination

- Ensure designs comply with IBC, IFC, NFPA 75, NFPA 76, NFPA 855, applicable state codes, and ADA requirements; apply construction type classification and occupancy separation strategy across mixed-use data center programs

- Coordinate fire-rated construction, egress, and life safety design with fire protection engineers and local authorities; manage permit schedules as part of the overall project critical path

**Construction Administration**

- Review contractor submittals, RFIs, mock-ups, and material samples; conduct site visits at critical quality milestones and document field observations and non-conformance

- Manage architectural change order scope and participate in commissioning reviews for envelope, door hardware, access control, and fire/smoke separation systems

- Coordinate closeout, punchlist, and as-built documentation; capture lessons learned and integrate them into reference designs and master specifications

We are seeking an experienced Colocation Site Selection Manager to lead the procurement strategy for our US-focused data center portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating colocation opportunities at powered land sites suitable for large-scale data center development, and engaging with Colocation Providers and Data Center Operators to negotiate lease arrangements.

We currently have a US portfolio of >600MW in colocation data center assets, and we intend to expand this to multi-GW scale in the next 12 months. Fluidstack is building the security infrastructure that underpins one of the most consequential computing platforms in the world: data center infrastructure serving frontier AI customers at scale. This is a hands-on execution role focused on building and validating AI datacenter network infrastructure at scale. You'll be in the field turning up modern datacenter fabrics - configuring switches, validating physical layer connectivity, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers, and ensuring production-ready handovers to operations.

**Focus**

- Deployment Execution: Deploy and validate datacenter network infrastructure including front-end fabric, back-end fabric, BMS, and management networks. Configure switches, install and validate optics, coordinate fiber/cabling work, and drive deployments through completion. Own the hands-on work that turns designs into production networks.

- Physical Layer Validation: Ensure physical connectivity meets production standards. Coordinate with structured cabling teams on fiber remediation, validate insertion loss and OTDR traces, troubleshoot optical layer issues, and document physical infrastructure as-builts. You'll become an expert at diagnosing and resolving the physical layer problems that block deployments.

- Hardware Lifecycle Management: Manage hardware logistics including device staging, rack/stack coordination, RMA processes, and DCIM updates. Fluidstack is looking for a seasoned Senior / Staff Network Security Engineer to spearhead our security strategy and defend our fast-growing cloud platform. You will design and deploy advanced safeguards concentrated on the network perimeter, ensuring our edge remains secure, resilient, and reliable at massive scale. Operating in a high-throughput environment, you’ll keep our infrastructure and services protected while earning trust across the organization. **Focus**

- Perimeter & Edge Security Design: Architect and deploy resilient protections at the network edge —including perimeter firewalls, proxy layers, WAFs, and CDN-based controls—to shield Fluidstack’s globally distributed footprint. Every ingress point and service should be hardened against unauthorized activity and attack vectors.

- DDoS Resilience: Create and maintain sophisticated DDoS-defense programs that preserve uptime. Continuously analyze traffic, fine-tune safeguards such as rate-limiting and traffic filtering, and react decisively to volumetric spikes or atypical patterns.

- Driving Zero-Trust: Lead the rollout of a Zero-Trust model across Fluidstack’s cloud and network domains. Engineer solutions that enforce least-privilege, continuous verification, and service micro-segmentation, eliminating implicit trust at every tier.

As an IT Engineer you will be working across identity, devices, SaaS platforms, and supporting end users. You should be organized, collaborative, and eager to learn while working within established systems and processes.

**About The Role**

The DC Infrastructure Architect (Optical) is responsible for translating logical network topologies into a scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized optical and structured cabling design for hyper-scale data centers. This role owns the end-to-end physical implementation of the data center network (DCN), including fiber plant architecture, transceiver planning, and integration with structured cabling ecosystems.

Focus

- ICT DC Infrastructure Design

- Collaborate with Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) and MEP Engineers and construction managers to design and construct power, cooling, space, pathways, cabinets, and racks supporting IoT devices and network equipment in Data Centers (DC)

- Direct experience in design and construction process to include the ability to develop, read, and interpret construction drawings and specifications using Bluebeam, ACC and Procore

- Knowledge and experience of NEC and NFPA codes and IEEE and TIA standards applicable to design and construction of outside and inside plant ICT infrastructure

- Develop, establish and update ICT Basis of Design (BoD), SOPs, and Division 26, 27, 28, and 33 Construction Master Specifications

- Logical / Physical Mapping

- Break down DCN logical port maps (TOR, spine, super-spine, DCI) into physical cross-connect and patching schedules.

- Automate port-to-fiber mapping at scale (100K+ ports per site).

- Fiber Plant Design

- Define cassette types (MTP/MPO Base-8/12/16), trunk counts, and structured cabling hierarchy.

- Plan cassette placement within racks, rows, and meet-me-rooms.

- Model fiber utilization and overbuild for 2–3 hardware generations.

- Optics / Transceiver Planning

- Select optics (400G/800G DR4, FR4, LR4, SR8, coherent DCI) based on reach and loss budget.

- Validate interoperability across vendors and generations.

- Maintain loss budget and margin models for every link type.

- Structured Cabling & Physical Implementation

- Define patching architectures (direct MPO vs. breakout vs. mid-span).

- Build modular designs for pod/rack growth.

- Proven experience designing hyperscale or cloud provider data center networks (1000+ racks, 100K+ fiber strands).

**About The Role**

You will own two things that shape how Fluidstack employees experience the company: internal communications and events. These are equal halves of the role, not a primary and a side project.

On the comms side, you own the cadence and quality of company-wide communications, lifecycle notifications (onboarding, promotions, departures), and the channels through which employees stay informed. On the events side, you own social programming, team-building, company gatherings, and the rituals that nurture a sense of belonging as the company grows.

Clear, consistent communication and intentional shared experiences are essential as a company grows. Getting these right builds trust; getting them wrong erodes it. This work deserves a dedicated owner who cares deeply about both the words and the experiences; someone thoughtful enough to get the tone right on a difficult announcement and creative enough to design an event people actually look forward to.

- Complete onboarding and audit the current state of both internal comms and events: what exists, what’s missing, what’s inconsistent.

- Establish a baseline communication cadence: what gets communicated, how often, through which channels, by whom.

**About The Role**

Fluidstack is seeking an exceptional and experienced Associate General Counsel to serve as a key advisor to the General Counsel and executive leadership, with primary responsibility for corporate finance and strategic transactions (including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures),.

You will be responsible for supporting the Company’s financing strategies that support our AI growth and data center expansion and optimize long‑term capital.

**You Will**

- Support and advise on a wide range of corporate, regulatory and compliance matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, intercompany agreements, board and committee materials, investor transactions, and investigations.

- Partner with functional groups within the Company on corporate and commercial transactional work, lending/financing matters, treasury operations, business operations, and risk management.

- Manage and support strategic transactions, including joint ventures, from early structuring and due diligence through execution and integration.

- Translate complex legal and regulatory concepts into actionable, plain-English advice for business leaders.

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

- Strong working knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and enforcement, and the technical skill to manage legal issues across complex corporate structures and varied business transactions.
