Flowmingo is a Y Combinator-backed startup that is building an AI-powered interviewing platform, so companies can interview 100% of applicants, not just the top 5–10 who “look good on paper.” We’re starting in the Global South with a free, turn-based AI interview for recruiters—unlocking 10x more screening at zero cost—while monetizing via optional candidate services and a corporate opt-out for candidate offers.
We’re building a high-volume product with a clear long-term moat: a candidate + company network effect that gets stronger with every interview completed.
The Role
At Flowmingo, we don’t just "fill seats"—we build scalable hiring engines. As our Human Resources Executive , you aren't just a recruiter; you are a "Product Manager" for the candidate journey. Your challenge is to leverage Flowmingo’s own AI-native platform to identify the top 1% of talent who possess the systems thinking and high-agency mindset required to thrive in our flock.
Responsibilities
  • Own the Talent Engine: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles ranging from Engineering to Growth. You will screen, interview, and coordinate candidates using our proprietary AI engine.
  • Design Scalable Systems: Beyond execution, you will design and optimize recruitment workflows, ATS integrations, and evaluation frameworks to ensure operational speed and quality.
  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate directly with Founders and Department Heads to define hiring needs, draft high-signal JDs, and establish rigorous skill assessment criteria.
  • Nurture Culture & Human Capital: Support a positive, high-performance working environment and oversee performance appraisal systems that drive growth.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a Flowmingo ambassador, clearly communicating our vision to "democratize hiring" to the global talent community.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for structured, high-agency operators . You are a fit if you:
  • High-Agency & Ownership: You are a self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and brings innovative solutions to the table.
  • Systems Thinking: You think in frameworks and scalable processes, not just isolated tasks.
  • Communication Clarity: You communicate clearly and persuasively in written and verbal English.
  • Tech Curiosity: You are genuinely excited about AI and want to understand how our models work "under the hood" to revolutionize HR.
  • Professional Trajectory: You have 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR within tech startups or high-growth agencies. Exceptionally high-potential fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
