**Qualifications **

- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office operations and organizational tasks effectively

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle patient and client interactions professionally

- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership with scheduling and correspondence

- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

- Familiarity with basic computer applications and office software

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications or training is a plus

Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities **

- Handle and coordinate active calendars
