We are seeking a versatile and service-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. This role combines remote helpdesk support with hands-on field service work across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with users, and supporting a fast-paced, multi-location environment where no two days are the same. What You Will Do
Provide remote technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and basic network issues in a timely and professional manner
Manage and resolve support tickets while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, user accounts, software, and peripheral devices
Travel to dealership and company locations to perform installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical support
Install and configure computers, networking equipment, Wi-Fi systems, monitors, printers, and related hardware
Assist with structured cabling, hardware mounting, and device deployment projects
Troubleshoot on-site connectivity and network-related issues
Support Microsoft 365 environments and user account management
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment both remotely and on-site
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure technology issues are resolved effectively
Support the organization's commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and customer service
What We Are Looking For
2+ years of IT support experience in helpdesk, field services, or a blended support environment
Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Experience with networking equipment (Ubiquiti, Cisco, etc.) strongly preferred
Familiarity with security camera systems or access control strongly preferred
Experience with ticketing systems is strongly preferred
CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Basic understanding of Active Directory and user/device management strongly preferred
Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
Experience configuring and troubleshooting PC, Mac, and peripheral hardware
Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues
Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license with the ability and willingness to travel locally between locations
High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
