**Role Description **

This is a part-time on-site role for a Certified Personal Trainer at FITNESS QUEST 10 in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities include designing and conducting personalized fitness programs tailored to individual needs, leading fitness and circuit training sessions, providing guidance on proper exercise techniques, and supporting clients' health and fitness goals. Trainers are also required to lead group classes.

**Qualifications **

- Personal Training and Fitness Instruction experience, with a certification from a recognized organization

- Knowledge of Circuit Training and experience in creating engaging workout sessions

- Expertise in Sports Coaching, with the ability to motivate and push clients to achieve their goals

- Understanding the basics of Nutrition to advise clients on healthy habits and balanced diets

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction

- CPR/AED certification is a plus

- Relevant experience in health and wellness or fitness-related fields is an advantage
