Our team supports franchise owners across the country with proven systems, marketing strategies, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to help elevate our marketing infrastructure and drive results across our brands.

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Marketing Automation Specialist ** to support and optimize our automated marketing systems.

This role is ideal for a “technical creative” who enjoys both the structure of CRM automation and the craft of writing compelling marketing messages. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey from first touchpoint through long-term engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Workflow Support & Development: Build, manage, and optimize automated lead nurturing sequences and CRM workflows

- Content Creation: Write email, SMS, and landing page copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals

- Platform Management: Support administration of our marketing automation platform (GoHighLevel or similar)

- Quality Assurance: Test campaigns, links, triggers, and logic to ensure a seamless user experience

- Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve funnels, engagement, and conversion rates

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.)

- Strong writing skills with the ability to drive action and engagement

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Logical thinker with an interest in automation and customer journeys

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Recent graduates with relevant internships or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply

The MAX Challenge of South Windsor is looking for 2 evening group fitness instructors to lead & motivate our members through 45-minute workouts, and provide nutritional support in alignment with our program. We're looking for individuals who lead through their actions and are seeking a connected team environment.

Class Sizes Range From 5 To 25 And Consist Of HIIT Cardio, Strength Training And Fun Cardio Kickboxing. Class Times And Day Needs Vary

4 pm, 515 pm, and 630 pm
