**Role Description **

The Senior Tax Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Scottsdale, AZ, with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will oversee and manage tax planning, compliance, and preparation activities for our diverse client base. Responsibilities include reviewing complex tax returns, staying updated on changes to tax laws, and mentoring junior team members. The role also involves developing innovative solutions to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications **

- Expertise in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation

- In-depth knowledge of Tax Law and its practical applications

- Strong skills in Tax Analysis, Research, and Problem Solving

- Experience in supervising and mentoring teams

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in tax software and general accounting platforms

- CPA designation and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

- Master's degree in Taxation or related discipline, or equivalent experience, is a plus
