**Role Description **

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at First World Realty Group, LLC. Based in Pembroke Pines, FL, the position allows for a combination of office-based work and remote work flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, organizing property showings, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Qualifications **

- A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of real property regulations

- Experience and skills in Real Estate and Sales

- Strong Customer Service abilities, including relationship-building and client support

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

- Proficiency in using real estate tools, platforms, and technology is a plus

- Understanding of the Pembroke Pines, FL real estate market is a bonus

- Self-motivation, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and a results-driven mindset
