The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO to help deliver exceptional care to our patients. This full-time role involves assisting with patient care, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and ensuring accurate medical records. Schedule
This is a full-time position based in St. Louis, MO. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, with one weekend shift per month (Saturday or Sunday).

The Role
We are seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO to help deliver exceptional care to our patients. This full-time role involves assisting with patient care, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and ensuring accurate medical records. What You’ll Do
You’ll be an essential part of the care team, supporting patients and clinical staff from the moment patients arrive through every step of their visit.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Answer phones and greet, check in, and direct patients and visitors.
- Check and document vital signs and escort patients to exam rooms.
- Assist physicians and nursing staff during clinical procedures.
- Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture/blood draws), order tests, and prepare specimens for send-out.
- Administer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SC) injections.
- Maintain accurate patient records and accounts.
- Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies and reorder as needed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a skilled, caring professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality patient experiences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office required.
- Phlebotomy skills required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Adherence to all policies, HIPAA regulations, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred.
- Infertility or OB/GYN office experience preferred.
