Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager for Firestone Walker is responsible for executing and optimizing our digital presence across social, email, content, influencer, and paid channels. This role plays a key part in bringing brand campaigns to life across digital touchpoints and ensuring our content reaches the right audiences with impact.
This is a hands-on role for a creative and detail-oriented marketer who understands how to produce content that resonates, work with partners to extend reach, and use data to improve performance. The Digital Marketing Manager will partner closely with brand, creative, e-commerce, and our media agency to support integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Digital Campaign Execution
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across social, email, influencer, and paid channels in support of brand priorities
  • Translate brand briefs into clear digital plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support product launches, partnerships, and key marketing moments with coordinated digital execution

Content & Social Media Management
  • Manage social calendar, editorial planning and day-to-day publishing and optimization across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIN and emerging platforms
  • Partner with creative teams to brief, develop, and deploy platform-appropriate content
  • Maintain and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal priorities
  • Monitor trends and recommend content ideas that align with brand voice and culture

Influencer & Seeding Support
  • Identify and support outreach to creators, influencers, and brand partners aligned with Firestone Walker brands
  • Assist in managing product seeding efforts to expand reach and brand visibility
  • Coordinate casting, briefs, timelines, and deliverables for influencer collaborations
  • Track performance and maintain organization of influencer programs

Paid Social Coordination
  • Partner with media agency to execute paid social campaigns supporting key initiatives
  • Provide input on creative, audiences, and campaign objectives
  • Monitor performance and share feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment between organic content and paid amplification

Email & CRM Execution
  • Build and execute email campaigns in partnership with brand and e-commerce teams
  • Maintain email calendars tied to campaigns, promotions, and key moments
  • Support audience growth and engagement through owned channels

Community Management
  • Engage with consumers across social platforms through comments, messages, and brand interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Help maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice
  • Support real-time engagement during events, launches, and cultural moments

Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track performance across digital channels using platform analytics and reporting tools
  • Monitor KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance
  • Share regular insights and recommendations to improve future execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with brand, creative, events, e-commerce, and trade teams to ensure alignment
  • Support digital needs tied to retail programs, events, and experiential activations
  • Support broader marketing initiatives and evolving business priorities
