Position Summary
Finoric is looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to help tell our story, sharpen our brand, and increase our visibility across the oil and gas industry.
This person will own digital marketing, brand messaging, content creation, event planning, conference strategy, and sales support materials. The right candidate can take technical oilfield chemistry concepts and turn them into clear, compelling marketing that resonates with operators, service companies, and industry partners.
Oil and gas experience is strongly preferred. Oilfield chemistry experience is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Messaging
Develop clear, consistent messaging around Finoric’s product lines, technical capabilities, manufacturing strength, and service offering.
Help position Finoric as a differentiated, fast-moving, vertically integrated oilfield chemistry company.
Create content that is professional, technically credible, and more interesting than the typical oilfield chemical brochure.
Digital Marketing & Content
Manage LinkedIn, website updates, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.
Create posts, graphics, product highlights, case studies, technical summaries, customer-facing collateral, and campaign materials.
Work with technical and sales teams to turn complex chemistry and field data into simple, commercially powerful messaging.
Events & Industry Visibility
Build and manage Finoric’s conference and event calendar.
Identify key trade shows, technical forums, sponsorships, panels, paper opportunities, and speaking engagements.
Help get Finoric’s team in the right rooms, on the right panels, and in front of the right customers.
Coordinate event logistics, booth materials, presentations, customer meetings, and post-event follow-up.
Sales & Business Development Support
Create and maintain pitch decks, product one-pagers, brochures, RFP content, case studies, and conference materials.
Support sales and technical teams with polished, on-brand customer-facing materials.
Help communicate why Finoric is different: strong chemistry, integrated manufacturing, fast product development, technical service, and practical problem solving.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, business development, or a related role.
Oil and gas experience strongly preferred.
Oilfield chemistry, production chemicals, completions chemicals, or technical service experience is a major plus.
Strong writing skills and ability to simplify technical information.
Experience with LinkedIn, websites, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and event planning.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Comfortable working with sales, technical, manufacturing, and leadership teams.
Highly organized, proactive, creative, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
