Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Flight Attendant located in Jacksonville, FL. The Flight Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, delivering high-quality customer service during flights, and adhering to all aviation safety guidelines. Responsibilities include performing safety demonstrations, assisting with boarding, managing in-flight services, and addressing passenger inquiries while ensuring a positive and professional travel experience.

Responsibilities include performing safety demonstrations, assisting with boarding, managing in-flight services, and addressing passenger inquiries while ensuring a positive and professional travel experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in flight protocols and airline policies, including experience as a Flight Attendant, knowledge of safe aircraft operations, and background with food and beverage preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with passengers and crew members
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and address passenger needs professionally
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, practices, and safety procedures
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations in a professional manner
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; preference for prior flight attendant or aviation-related training and experience.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and assisting passengers in emergencies
- Must live within one hour driving distance from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX).
