Your Impact in This Role
As an Events Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring each event runs professionally from start to finish. You’ll participate in organizing materials, interacting with attendees, coordinating logistics, and supporting the overall success of each activation.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide friendly, informative customer service
  • Assist with managing foot traffic, lines, and attendee flow
  • Help monitor inventory and restock promotional items as needed
  • Coordinate with team members and event leads to resolve on-site issues quickly
  • Keep the event space clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards

  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding schedules and expectations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to stay organized and focused while handling multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in busy environments, both indoors and outdoors
  • Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs for event materials (as needed)
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings based on event calendar
  • Experience in events, customer service, retail, or promotional work is a plus, but not required

What You Can Expect
  • Competitive pay with potential bonus incentives
  • Training and on-the-job support
  • A collaborative team environment
  • Varied workdays — no two events are the same

Ideal Candidate Profile
