Independent private-practice abdominal and pelvic health physical therapy clinic seeking outgoing person to work at front desk and act in patient coordinator, sales/marketing and administrative roles. The ideal candidate will enjoy talking to people, be a great phone communicator and be able to multi-task and switch priorities quickly. Full time, PERMANENT job. Responsibilities/Duties: Job duties will be directed by owner and will vary weekly. They may include but are not limited to the following:
Patient management: Answering phone, communicating with potential and existing patients within 24 hours of call/message, answering questions, describing pelvic health PT and how it can benefit patients
Scheduling new patients, fulfilling existing patient schedule change requests
Calling MD offices to get referral orders and signed POCs
Must be comfortable talking about sensitive information and topics: including sensitive body parts, trauma, sexual dysfunctions, sales/marketing language, finance
Marketing/Sales: Using persuasive language to describe what sets our business apart from others, converting and booking leads, collecting reviews/feedback from patients, attending events, making marketing materials and social media, mailings
General administration: Managing contact list, electronic filing of records, Other necessary administrative tasks to support business and PT/OTs
Maintain office/facilities: clean equipment, maintain cleanliness of office, put away laundry
Assist owner with general miscellaneous administrative tasks
Experience:
Right candidate must be comfortable and mature listening/talking about sensitive topics including sexual abuse/trauma, pelvic anatomy, urinary and bowel problems, and sexual orientation, pregnancy, sexual dysfunction and other pelvic/abdominal dysfunctions without judgement
Must be a good communicator, be comfortable using scripts and persuasive language and have positive attitude, initiative and time management skills
Be comfortable talking on the phone and thinking on your feet
Must have experience with customer service and marketing/sales
Be familiar with scheduling/taking payments
Be friendly, motivated and like to have FUN!
Be organized, attentive to detail, and creative

Other:
38-40 hours/week; full-time; in office
Regular business hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm
