About The Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across various industries. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles across different levels and industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable. A proactive approach, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are key qualities for success in this role. Candidates should also demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and a passion for helping others find the right career opportunities.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Specialist at Jobgether, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offers and negotiations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Participating in employer branding initiatives and representing Jobgether at industry events and career fairs.
