About The Role

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the freelance industry and digital marketplaces is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and freelancers, facilitating clear and consistent communication.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, updates, and documentation for future reference.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
