Candidates should have proven experience in manual and automated testing, with familiarity in testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to issue identification, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.

- Develop, update, and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies, ensuring clear traceability and accountability.
- Support product readiness activities for deployment, including coordinating test phases, identifying issues, and ensuring resolutions prior to go-live.
- Perform rigorous testing within complex development environments, applying best practices from software engineering, quality assurance, and related fields to identify defects and improve overall quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand technical specifications and business requirements, translating them into effective test cases and validation procedures.
