About The Role

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic advocacy campaigns that align with Change.org’s mission and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key issues, craft compelling messages, and design outreach strategies that maximize engagement. Manage digital content creation, including social media posts, email campaigns, and multimedia materials to raise awareness and mobilize support. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to optimize impact. Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, community leaders, and influencers to expand campaign reach. Organize and facilitate online and offline events that promote activism and community involvement. Ensure all campaigns adhere to organizational standards and ethical practices. Provide regular reports on campaign progress, challenges, and successes to senior management. Continuously research emerging trends and best practices in digital advocacy to enhance campaign effectiveness.
