About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sanitation projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met within set timelines and budgets. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management expertise, and a strong commitment to our mission of improving sanitation standards. The coordinator will work closely with local communities, government agencies, and international partners to implement sustainable sanitation solutions that align with our organizational goals. Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of three years’ experience in project management, preferably within sanitation or public health sectors, is required. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management tools are essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of local and international sanitation standards, as well as experience working in developing regions, will be considered an advantage. Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional language skills relevant to project regions are preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Sanitation Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and monitoring sanitation projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. You will coordinate with community leaders, government officials, and partner organizations to facilitate project activities and secure necessary resources.
