About The Role We are seeking a Mid-Level Change Management Contractor to join our dynamic team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will lead people-centered change initiatives for critical marketing projects, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates across the organization. Demonstrated expertise in leading change management efforts, particularly within marketing or cross-functional initiatives, is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to develop strategic change management plans, conduct impact analyses, and facilitate training and communication campaigns is critical. Additionally, familiarity with KPI development, success measurement, and scalable process improvements will be highly valued. Lead change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
