About The Role The Human Resources Manager at Aramark within Mesa Verde National Park is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing HR functions and housing support for the park's operations. Issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations, including hotline response, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
Developing and executing employee engagement initiatives, including engagement action plans and corporate celebration activities.

Generating and analyzing HR metrics reports to inform decision-making and improve HR strategies.
Providing benefits and payroll support to employees as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
