About The Role
The Human Resources Manager at Aramark will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR functions within Mesa Verde National Park, including HR generalist responsibilities and housing support. This position is responsible for managing and administering essential HR processes such as employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and benefits administration. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive employee engagement and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This is a 10-month, benefit-eligible position designed to support the unique needs of the park’s workforce, providing leadership and expertise to maintain a productive, compliant, and motivated team environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in employment relations, organizational development, and talent management. HR/SPHR certification is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required or equivalent experience. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to interact effectively across multiple management levels. Strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, and the initiative to improve processes are essential. Experience in conducting investigations, resolving employee issues, and managing HR metrics will be highly valued. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations, including hotline response, investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation to ensure fair and consistent employee treatment.
  • Development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including creating engagement action plans, coordinating corporate events, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Leading talent acquisition efforts to attract, evaluate, and onboard top candidates aligned with organizational needs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing HR metrics to assess workforce trends and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Providing support for benefits administration and payroll processes to ensure employee needs are met efficiently.
  • Implementing onboarding programs and initiatives to facilitate smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and company policies, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting overall HR strategy execution.
