Qualifications Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources management or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions and practices. Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), such as PHR or SPHR, is advantageous. Coordinate and execute core HR processes including new associate orientation, onboarding, exit interviews, transitional return-to-work programs, leave administration, OSHA reporting, and unemployment claims.
Provide coaching and guidance to associates and supervisors regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support hiring managers and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment and staffing initiatives aligned with business needs.
Maintain and support HR systems such as eTime and assist with payroll-related activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Contribute to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture by supporting initiatives that promote equity and employee engagement.
Administer programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, morale, and overall engagement levels across the organization.
