About The Role
The Service Desk Associate at Wegmans plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the store’s reputation for excellent service. As a front-line representative, you will engage with customers, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously. Qualifications
Candidates should be at least 18 years old and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate patience, and maintain a positive attitude are critical. Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly are also important. Responsibilities

  • Thank customers for shopping at Wegmans, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Properly bag items to ensure products arrive in the condition they left the store.
  • Partner with various departments to address customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area to ensure a professional environment.
  • Assist with other store duties as needed to support team operations and customer needs.
