About The Role The Business Analyst – Operations & Systems at RiteScreen is a pivotal role responsible for bridging the gap between business operations and technological solutions. This individual will work closely with business leaders and IT teams to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop system-driven solutions that improve overall operational performance. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting system implementations, and ensuring the seamless adoption of new technologies within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role within manufacturing or operations-focused organizations.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, order management, finance, and operations workflows.
Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and financial modeling.
Proficiency in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to document and analyze current workflows across manufacturing, order management, finance, and operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhancements in data accuracy.
Quantify potential improvements through data analysis and financial modeling to prioritize initiatives.
Translate business needs into detailed user requirements and functional specifications for system development.
Collaborate with IT and project teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions that align with business objectives.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test plans, coordinating testing activities, and documenting outcomes.
Facilitate change management and ensure user adoption of new systems and processes.
Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations post-implementation.
Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
