About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role within manufacturing or operations-focused organizations.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, order management, finance, and operations workflows.
- Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to document and analyze current workflows across manufacturing, order management, finance, and operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhancements in data accuracy.
- Quantify potential improvements through data analysis and financial modeling to prioritize initiatives.
- Translate business needs into detailed user requirements and functional specifications for system development.
- Collaborate with IT and project teams to design, develop, and implement system solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including developing test plans, coordinating testing activities, and documenting outcomes.
- Facilitate change management and ensure user adoption of new systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations post-implementation.
- Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
